We build custom and/or speculation housing, duplex, triplex, and other investment housing. We have surveyors, designers, and engineers that can assist the customer with their design, site and engineering needs. We have a number of lenders to recommend that will be able to assist in the financial part of the equation.

Our material supplier sells high quality materials and stands behind their products.

We use local high quality subcontractors who have worked in these communities for many years. Each subcontractor is licensed in Idaho, has workman’s comp, and liability insurance.

We also build accessory structures, such as garages, shops, sheds, barns, or different configurations of pole buildings.

We offer landscaping, sprinkler systems, fencing, seeding or rolled on sod for your project.

We not only work in the Boise Valley but all over Idaho, Magic Valley, North to Grangeville, and in the mountains (Valley, Idaho, Owyhee Counties and others).
